Faced with the ambitious goal of penetrating the healthcare and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) business, American Express turned to Brand Buddha for strategic guidance and messaging expertise. Our team stepped up to the challenge, crafting a comprehensive strategy that would not only launch American Express into this new arena but also ensure a strong market presence from the get-go. We developed tailored messaging that resonated with both corporate and consumer audiences, injecting momentum into their FSA venture. In addition to strategic planning, we also focused on designing compelling collateral, creating materials that effectively communicated the benefits of American Express’s new healthcare services.
